A great list! I had a professor tell us that we have to schedule at least 30 mins of our own time to do something we want to do. This isn't like watching tv. It's writing, reading, just listening to music, drawing, etc. Something that lets our mind work minimally and the rest of our body just relaxes. Since doing this, I've felt much better :)
I like that idea, Christine! I usually take a break to watch tv, but that doesn't always relax me. I should think about what your professor suggested - especially since it really seems to work for you!
