These holiday treats are new to me, so I am a little enchanted with them this year. They are easy to whip up and cute, therefore, seem to be the perfect thing to bring to the Christmas gatherings coming up this weekend.There are many ways to make these Santa Hat desserts- I have seen a recipe with butter cream frosting and piped white chocolate. I am opting for the butter cream for my sugar chapeaus!
